Where can I obtain the LDN cream?

I am going to be starting LDN again shortly. I tried it a couple of years ago

for Crohn's, but could not tolerate it because I had terrible insomnia already

at that time.

I am now sleeping much better, and after Dr. 's trial it seems it's

possible to still get good results taking it in the morning, which I plan to do.

I am interested in the cream because of Dr. McCandless's experience that it is

better absorbed in patients with digestive problems. I also like the idea of

having more exact control over the dosage as I ramp up, which I believe is

easier with the cream.

My doctor is a fan of LDN and he's willing to prescribe the cream, but neither

of us are sure where to fill it. Would the prescription that he writes be the

same, i.e. 4.5 mg of LDN? But then I send it to a particular pharmacy that has

the cream?
