Guest guest
Hi Jim, I don't think taking an extra dose of LDN can do any harm. When I was using LDN 4.5 mg tablets, and also had 50 mg tabs on hand, one night I took 50 mg by mistake, with no ill effects except a little headache next day. No problem. Our bodies are subject to all kinds of changes and symptoms from day to day, most of which can be safely ignored. Sometimes we get dizzy, or we don't. We get headaches, nausea, whatever, or we don't. I try to resist blaming every little thing on LDN, am just happy to have it! And, quite honestly, when it comes to side-effects, I just don't see any with LDN, only the beneficial effects for which I take it.
