LDN with food??

Ellen,

The long-time users of LDN all say there is no concern about taking LDN

with food, and many specifically take it with a snack.

The cream is an alternative, but if the liquid is working for you I

wouldn't worry.

Yes, if you've had to adjust your thyroid med downward, you're definitely

getting somewhere! Congratulations!
