Guest guest
lots of us. especially those of us with hepatitis. Berkson protocol. i'm buying today a kilo of ALA powder japanese made 99.93% pure which might not be as perfect as the german but stands out against the chinese ALA bulk which is otherwise the only available i've seen. i'm not going to reveal my source for this as i'm going to try selling it on bonanzle and ebay. it'll be more expensive than the chinese but not by a whole lot. i also have empty 00 capsules for sale by the thousands. > [low dose naltrexone] alpha lipoic acid and ldn > > Does anyone also take alpha lipoic acid with their ldn? Guest guest
I take 600mg a day, I started out with 300mg, but my doc takes 1800mg herself each day. Take it with food, though because it always upsets my stomach if I don't.On Fri, Jun 11, 2010 at 6:38 PM, <colleen5211@...> wrote: how much ALA sound one take with the LDN?Jun 11, 2010 12:34:23 PM, bobList@... wrote: > > lots of us. especially those of us with hepatitis. Guest guest
If you have no problems with taking it on an empty stomach, that is perfectly fine. However, if one has blood sugar issues, it is best to take with food, as the ALA can lower blood sugar. At Dr. Berkson's office, they would not give you an IV ALA treatment if you had not eaten prior to the treatment. Of course, IV ALA is different than taking it orally. One should also take a B Complex supplement with each dose of ALA. The ALA causes the body to use up more B vitamins. Taking a B Complex is better than taking individual B vitamins as they work together synergistically. Nola Chris In a message dated 6/12/2010 2:27:48 P.M.
