HOMEMADE LOW DOSE NALTREXONE

Liquid LDN (Easiest): Acquire some ml measuring equipment from the baby section of a Drug Store and a small bottle with a screw-on cap. Put 50ml of water (distilled is best) and one 50mg "ReVia" Naltrexone tablet in the small bottle and let it dissolve with a little time and shaking. Now each ml of water in that small bottle contains 1 mg of Naltrexone. At bedtime shake the bottle, take a desired dose (no more than 4.5ml), chase it down with some water and store the small bottle in the refrigerator.

If anyone has an AxeMan in their neck of the woods I was able to get a 50 ml beaker there.  They had many sizes.  I use this to measure.  They also had some anmber bottles but they were too small of my needs, but their stock tends to rotate often.  The beakers seemed to be a permanent item though.  I got a 2 ounce bottle at my co-op.

 

However, barring access to an easy source of a beaker - many stores have shot glass like measuring glasses.  These are usually labeled in ml, teaspoons and ounces.  Target carries them.  My local co-op carries them.  Walmart might as well I don't go there very often.

 

The Walgreens in my area carries a children's liquid medicine doser that is pretty slick.  The package includes a funnel with ridges on the outside so it will fit snugly into the bottle opening.  The top of the funnel has an opening that fits the syringe (no needle) that is included.  This makes it easy to turn the bottle upside down and draw off your dose.  There is also a little wire brush in the kit for cleaning.  In theory you could leave the funnel thing on the bottle as it has a cap to cap off the top, but I don't.
