Guest guest
Hello Fiona, Was just reading your post re: sensitivity. I know my body, and due to sensitivity with allopathic meds; usually gravitate toward holistic/homeopathic/naturopathic remedies. Am working with a lady who had MS and doesn't any longer, but she is assisting me with the same. Besides many herbal supplements, she requested that I obtain an RX for LDN (naltrexone). Now that I have accomplished that, am supposed to pick it up today; and it is @ 3mg. Am somewhat reluctant, but my attitude is to hope for the best. I don't know if it will help, but do sometimes take passionflower herb for help with sleep. One can also take valerian and melatonin. Or one can warm some milk, and the trytophan naturally occurring in it; would help with sleep. Also, drink chamomile tea. But most concerned about sensitivity to the med. Could someone who is living with MS, please tell me how it has helped them. The worst aspect of difficulty I have with MS, is how it affects my brain. I do not understand information as well as I used to, and my head feels really strange a lot of the time. Thank you for the guidelines of using this site, as I did send messages to two individuals, in attempt to help; but did not know that I should not. Take care everyone.
