Dear fellow travelers,

There is a story about the funeral of FRD, where a journalist saw a man crying profusely. Curious, he asked, "Did you know the president?" "No", the man said, "But he knew me."

That about sums up the gratitude I have for this man I never met and did not know. For he has helped me just as surely as if he was my own doctor. I shall honor his memory always.
