Thanks for the info, grace! If anyone is interested in getting all of the ingredients that Dr. Hyman talks about in this article to increase your glutathione in one place, my doctor has a product that she has formulated called Liva Health (silly name).  I take 2 on an empty stomach every morning along with my ALA (which I take on a full stomach because it bothers my poor tummy otherwise).  Anyway, her site is a bit a pain right now to navigate, but is the process of being updated. But if anyone is interested, go to bevkovitamins.com and search on Liva Health.
