Jim,

I'm so sorry they didn't treat your medical issues properly. It's

unconscionable, and all too common, and is completely counterindicated

because it throws a person more off center instead of helping them regain

their center.

I'd say give yourself a couple of days on the back pain and see if it

doesn't start to resolve. You may have slept on a poor mattress or in a bad

position, which would contribute. Try putting a small pillow between your

knees if on your side, or under your knees if on your back. It relieves the

tension on the lower back. If you don't start to have some relief in a

couple of days you may need to seek medical care. My personal choice would

be a chiropractor, and I'd go as soon as my back felt like that, but I have

the choice.

About the Ativan: You took 9mg, and the max adult dose is 10mg per day. So

just don't take any more today and you'll be fine. Hopefully you're just

sleeping it off now.

Please don't keep stressing about all this. Just get back on your ERFA and

other meds, and start your LDN again tonight.

with best wishes,
