Guest guest
My Mom's doctor prescribed her LDN therapy to deal with chronic & adrenal fatigue, borderline hypo-thyroid, severe morning nausea and mild depression. My mom is 86 and gets intermittent Afib attacks (typically once every 10 to 14 days lasting several hours). She is very sensitive to medications so the doctor prescribed 1.0 mg at bedtime for the first month then increase to 2.0 mg. We noticed every time she takes her 1 mg LDN, the next day she has AFIB so she stopped taking it. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a temporary situation as her body adjusts to the LDN? We already know that certain medications, food and supplements that contain sulfites/sulfates cause her Afib (e.g. wine, MSM, Chondroitin Sulfate, etc.). As far as I know LDN doesn't contain these offending substances. Her LDN comes from the Park-Irmat Drug Store in NY. Any insight and / or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jeff
