LDN side effects or adjustment period?

Hello all,

My name is Elanne and at the beginning of this year I was diagnosed with Graves'

disease (autoimmune hyperthyroid). I didn't do any conventional meds, but did

acupuncture, herbs, diet etc. I started taking LDN a week ago. The first four

days were nothing short of miraculous. Pretty much all of my symptoms except

heart palpitations were gone! I only slept ok, but I've had intractable

insomnia for over a year now, so sleeping ok is just fine.

The past few days though I've had a return of some of my symptoms, and have had

an ongoing but fluctuating headache, which is unusual for me. I've also had

moments of feeling speedy or nervous and then last night had a really terrible

sleep, filled with the tell-tale crazy all night dreaming.

Has anyone else had a headache with LDN? speediness? Or the experience of

feeling better and then having a return of symptoms?

I'm super excited about the possibilities of LDN, and hope this is just

transitory or my body adjusting.
