Re: Bills HR #2877 & # 2526

Please note that there are TWO competing Lyme disease bills being considered

by the US House of Representatives.

Their numbers are

HR 2526 and

HR 2877

If you go to http://thomas.loc.gov/ you can search for the specific bill by

using the search box under the words " Search Bill Text 109th Congress

(2005-2006) " . Be sure to click " Enter Bill Number " below the box. The " HR "

in front of the number IS important and should be included when searching.

Currently only HR 2526 is available to read. I recommend waiting until the

other one is available, and reading both, before deciding which one to

support.

Here is the response from gov't:

" The text of HR 2877 has not yet been received from GPO

Bills are generally sent to the Library of Congress from the

Government Printing Office a day or two after they are introduced on

the floor of the House or Senate.
