Thanks!! Do you absorb any of the caffeine from the coffee? I can

not tolerate any caffeine, I don't drink pop, tea, or coffee, because

I can't tolerate the caffeine in them.

What is a castor oil pack? I would probably tolerate that better

then the caffeine enemas just because I can't tolerate caffeine.
