Guest guest
Hope everyone had a 'fulfillin' holiday. We went about 2 hours north to Dave's parent's and came home in the evening. We usually stay the night but Dave had to work today so we did a one day trip. I had a great time but I'm exhausted, I've hardly moved today. Oh well, everyone else is at work so it doesn't matter Dear Esther, I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, June. You say it was pretty fast so I'm glad for her if that's what she wanted but I'm sure still very difficult for all involved. Hugs and warm thoughts to you and all those who were close to her. Dear , So you are getting a complete evaluation on the 16th. Be prepared to be tired!!! Though, for me, there was a lot of wait time between appts. The echocardiagram is kind of interesting especially if you get someone gentle. I guess I have one coming up, too but I haven't gotten the official notice of when - It sounds like my echo is on the 23 - a pain but since I'm not doing much for Christmas prep it's fine for me - I'm just not sure who will be willing to drive me because they are all working and trying to get last minute things done.! Take care. Has anyone heard anything of Patty? I don't want to bother her but I haven't seen anything on her web site either. I'm hoping someone has heard, otherwise I'll just continue to wait. Hope all is going fine. It didn't bother me at all not to hit the sales today - bed was so much more cozy Now all I need is hot cocoa and a fire.... Love,Amy
Guest guest
Regarding joint pain: I know that many of you are on extra magnesium and malic acid for deep muscle pain, but not long ago, I was told about a supplement that really helped a Lyme friend with incredible joint pain. It is Cetyl Myristoleate. I have not tried it, so I can't tell you where to obtain it or anything, but google it and see what you come up with. This advice came from a registered nurse who really has suffered with Lyme and says it helps her very much. Some comes in a blend with MSM, or glucosamine/chrondroitin, I've been told, though I think it is available alone, also. I've heard it's not very costly, as far as supplements go (though they all add up!) so it really might be worth a try. Good luck, Judie
Guest guest
Yes ceytlpure by Natrol is very helpful. I get the product from iherb.com following link. http://www.iherb.com/cetylpure1.html This also comes with msn but I use powder form from Jarrow.
