Guest guest
You mentined in another post that you had your mucus menbranes taken out. I have had a swelling under my tongue for about a year. It is my sublingual glands and my MD told me to see an ent immediately when I show it to him. I made an appointment with one and saw him twice and then went to a second ent that one the first visit said he thought I had sjogrens syndrome and then after the ssa, ssb , ana and sed rate were normal he said not ss. Well this swelling has thick mucus in them and it never goes down and looks really weird. It taste bad but does not snell if I raise my tougue it is from the midline all the way back on both sides. Sometimes I think it is affecting my swallowing but so bad that I cant eat I just have to eat slower. Does this sound like what you experienced? I am afraid I could give somebody something if they drink after me because I have had epsetin barr and cytomegalovirus and hh6. I read that these were in saliva. I ask both ent drs and they both said that it would not be. Is this just another lyme thing? I use to have dry eyes but I don't think they are as bad now as a couple of years ago . Hope you are feeling better. Sandy
