Guest guest
I saw a special last night that discussed how much bacteria grows on your toothbrush. They recommended replacing your toothbrush every 6 weeks and leaving it a UV toothbrush cleaner. Or are there better methods for keeping your toolbrush bacteria free? Would this help my yeast problem? Can anyone recommend the best UV toothbrush cleaner? Thanks and be well, > In a message dated 2/9/05 2:28:42 AM Eastern Standard Time, > writes: > Subject: Re: gray furry tongue > > That is yeast on your tongue......You need the liquid Nystatin.brush your > teeth and tongue really good then gargle......only thing that works. > ====== > Good timing, I just read the following info about this and it was by doc B , > he said use POWDER Nystatin, not liquid ,,, interesting, - celia in Vt. > I copied it below and here is the link: h > ttp://www2.lymenet.org/domino/file.nsf/UID/guidelines > > MANAGING YEAST INFECTIONS > > Many patients with Lyme Disease develop an overgrowth of yeast. Guest guest
Just a thought - you could probably keep your toothbrush soaking in diluted hydrogen peroxide and rinse before using. Probably cheaper than a UV cleaner.
