Guest guest
I had something for years in the 90's off and on going on with my legs. Usually at night when I was trying to go to sleep. It would keep me from sleeping. I had it happen again since my health really took a turn south. I thought it may have been caused by being on my legs too much that day. But, I am not sure. in California
Guest guest
Yes. Two things helped. Magnesium, and GABA. lindaj@... [ ] Anyone experience leg tremors? > Yes? No? >
Guest guest
Are you talking about leg tremors that resemble 1. a deep down crawling uncomfortable feeling that bothers you so much you have to move your legs or get up and walk? or 2. the legs will move on their own, involuntary? usually upon laying down to rest, or before going to bed. The movements can range from anything as little as a shifting to a jerk, to a violent kick. Sometimes, the victim of this doesn't even know this is happening, it is someone else that sees it, (or ends up feeling it ConnieKnwnj When our bodies & minds are out of balance....... ........we suffer! Guest guest
Sounds like RLS (Restless Legs Syndrome) or PLMS (Periodic Limb Movements in Sleep). Had it for over 25 years . No fun... See www.rls.org for more info. Regards, Kezzi. . . This sounds like PN, Peripheral Neuropathy. Mine hit at exactly 1am and I had to walk for hours. Hurt to sit, hurt to stand, but hurt less to walk LOL 'Almost' felt like a withdrawal? Went on Neurontin for it. I had a very hard time coming off of Oxycontin because of it, couldn't tell if it was PN or the Oxy. . I think there is a site www.peripheralneuropathy.org I get their news letter, pretty informative.
