A good place to go to regarding a lyme specialist in your area is

www.lymenet.org (flash discussions).

Or, call the lyme disease association or both.

Hopefully you will get some replies with this email too.

You will notice a pattern regarding the same names coming up as

recommendations for doctors in your state.

I'm sorry you have lyme. When I was in the process of finding a LLMD, lyme

literate medical doctor, the folks at http://www.lymenet.org were very helpful.

Don't know what I'd have done without them.

There is a section at the top left corner call " flash discussion. " Click on that

and you can ask questions in the " Medical questions " section, or find a LLMD

under the " seeking a doctor " section.

My story and many, many others are posted there. You are not alone! Their

archives are rich with tons of great lyme related info.

We have started a lyme chat group for Washington Residents

It is called pugetsound-lyme

We have a data base of Recommended Practioners as well as Not

Recommended.

You are welcome to join our group.

I am getting excellent care from Dr. Dorman [internal Medicine]

(Paracelsus Clinic) in Federal Way. He is Lyme Friendly, but offers

more than just Lyme Disease Care.
