Hello everyone,

Just after posting to all of you yesterday about Samento and foot pain (in

which I mentioned my son, 17, USED to have foot pain....) he came to me last

night and said, " My feet are killing me... "

Bill, the way you describe your foot pain is very, very similar to the way my

son describes it. It is awful! It seems there is very little that relieves

it, other than the Epsom salts foot soak. (We've tried rubbing analgesic creams

in to his feet, but with almost no improvement....) Another thing you can try,

if Epsom salts aren't readily available when you need it, is hydrogen

peroxide, or baking soda, or even regular table salt! It all seems to help, and

I

think it is because each of those products " draw " toxins out from the depths of

skin and tissue. I honestly do think the mechanics make sense -- that the

toxins might go to the feet as the lowest point of the body. So, a foot soak to

detoxify is definitely worth a try.

As for Samento, our Lyme doctor has urged me to give my son 2 drops in the

morning in about 4 ounces of drinking water, then 2 drops in the afternoon also,

with the plan to keep increasing this over the next several months. But

remember, this is POTENT stuff! One tiny increase, and he has a herx in a very

big

way!

The bad thing is, my son seems to get terrible insomnia each time we

increase the dose even slightly. (With Samento drops, try increasing a half-drop

at a

time by mixing one drop in a little bit of water, stir it, then pour half of

it off in to another glass.) So, I am wondering about giving him four drops

first thing when he gets up. He's so sick he hasn't been able to go to school or

much else, for that matter, so we just work around the insomnia, but it is

awful!

Sue, you certainly didn't offend me, not in the least! It's just that my son

has been so, so incredibly sick and there is just so much needing my attention

and focus that I never got the chance to figure out how I could help with

your wonderful plans. I would be glad to help if and when we get so many of our

major troubles here sorted out. Right now, I am fighting with the school,

fighting with health insurance (the last blood draw for my son was $3,400 and

the

hospital lab is insisting on full payment right away and our insurance is

saying much of it was " unnecessary testing " ), fighting with an old neighbor man

who

severed our septic line intentionally and then " reported " us to the health

department (long story!) and trying to figure out what our next step needs to be

for my son. We just aren't seeing physical progress right now, and it's very

discouraging. So, THAT is why you haven't heard from me!

Do consider those foot baths -- even for those of you who aren't having foot

pain. It seems that any " heat " method of detoxifying helps to get rid of

spirochetes and toxin die-off. It's definitely worth a try! You deserve to

pamper

yourself, so soak away!
