Hi Lori,

I have seen this Dr and his assistant several times. I'm not sure what rating I

would give him but I will tell you about my experience. I started seeing him in

2006 and when I first started I was very sick and mentally my comprehension was

poor which made for a bad start. He was a very nice man and it's been a year

since I've seen him and things could have changed and he may understand lyme

better. He's also a family Dr that specializes in treating allergies, CFS, and

fibromyalgia. He does accept insurance and most all of my tests, etc were

covered except for the Western Blot and some other lyme tests which were very

expensive $500.00 and up. Also any of the supplements he prescribed you had to

pay for. He threw so much at me the first visit that I got very confused. He

started allergy shots, an armload of supplements, antibiotics without much

instruction and he did not warn me about herx's. I herxed so bad that I was in

bed for 3 months and I called

or went to him almost every day the first week and he couldn't figure out what

was wrong. He does not have any hospital priviledges so even though I wanted to

go to the hospital he couldn't admit me, etc. Some of his office staff are very

unpleasant but his nurses were kind. I continued to see him for a while until

all the test results came in and my Western Blot did not have 5 positive bands

to make it definately a postive diagnosis although I know I have lyme because I

got bit by a tick and had flu like symptoms, etc and progressively got worse. I

went to see an ND in Texas Dr.Steve Hines and he has equipment that can see the

lyme bacteria in your blood and mine was full of them in at least 2 forms the

sphirochete and cell form. The visit cost $60.00 dollars and he has some natural

supplements ( Cumanda and Samento) that really work on killing the lyme

bacteria. He also had some other very good recommendations for other things to

try. He also had

contracted lyme so he was very helpful. He tried to work with the Dr in

Louisiana so they could share info by calling him and sending literature but Dr

F would not work with him. I have heard alot of negative things from others who

also had bad experiences but if I were desperate to get an antibiotic

prescrption I would go back to him. Obviously I've said alot and could say alot

more but I'll leave it at this for now and if you have any questions feel free

to email me......Kerry
