Guest guest
This post is NOT meant to argue the pros and cons of anti- depressants, for certainly for most people anti-depressants are extremely helpful. This post is for those of us who have adverse reactions to Anti- depressants. For some of us Anti-depressants are not an option. As for myself I have tried them and they made me suicidal, caused liver damage (current there is a class action suit on Serzone- Nafazadone, made me feel like bugs were crawling on me, and spun me into endless insomnia. I would like to open a dialog on alternatives. So far I have found the following has been helpful for me for mild depression, anxiety and fatigue. Stabillium 200 [Anxiety Abstract: The Effectiveness of Garum Armoricum (Stabilium)in Reducing Anxiety in College Students Dorman T, et al. Journal of Advancement in Medicine, Vol.8(3):193- 200, 1995] There is also a newer study on thi Stabilium, or Garum Armoricum, became widely popular in France and is now available in the U.S.. Garum has been found to be useful in situations of anxiety-producing stress as well as supporting physical stresses such as exercise. A product of the Great Blue Fish found off the Armorican Peninsula of France at a depth from 1,000 to 1,500 meters, Garum's benefits derive from the blue fish's specialized metabolism and physiology, adapted for survival under harsh conditions and oxygen deficiency at great depths. From Allergy Research Group. SAM-e This product is pretty well known - and easy to research the benefits. Well those are (2) ideas. Has anyone had success with any other (non-Rx) alternatives? is
