Sorry, Rough time lately. I posted:

" I am refering to the fact that Allergy Research Group, while

offering Cat's Claw doesn't presently list either samento or a TOA-

free Cat's Claw. There is presently only one company listing this

product, IT IS THIER COMPETITOR: Nutricology! "

Yes, Nutricology is a part of Allergy Research Group. But everything

else still stands. ARG/Nutricology does not list a Samento or a TOA-

free Cat's Claw, only Cat's Claw. It is thier competitor Nutramedix

that is the only one offering this product. Sorry for the mixup but I

had been flipping back and forth through the sites. Allergy Research

Group and Nutramedix do not have a connection.

But to throw a kink into the whole thing. Is a TOA-free Cat's Claw

better then regular Cat's Claw? Go to this website:

www.rain-tree.com/toa-poa-article.htm

This was some pretty intensive research done by an ND. It doesn't

take but about 5 minutes of searching through Google to back up what

she is saying. I quickly saw three or four versions listed by

different suppliers of Nurtamedix Samento as to how Samento was TOA

free. It was advertised on one site as having had the TOA's removed,

another site stated that it was picked at a certain time of year when

there were no TOA's in the plant and another stated that it was a

special Cat's Claw plant. This last version is all that is stated on

the Nutramedix website. Strange that a company would allow the people

distributing it's products to have so much leeway in stating just

exactly what thier product was.

But there is also other research on Medline concerning the

antimicrobial properties of Cat's Claw. It is relatively inexpensive

and it is easy enough to just try either Cat's Claw or even Cat's

Claw versus Samento. They are either going to have an effect or they

aren't.

Hi

I just want to correct some misconception. I have been a close

personal friend of Dr. Levine of Allergy

Research/Nutricology for over 15 years and have also

encouraged him to get this newsletter out on Lymes and was

one of the major insitigators of this project. With regards to

Somento, Allergy Research/Nutricology has a supplement called

Prima Una de Gato which is the same as Somento Plus. I know

for a fact is being supplied by or through Nutramedix.

Regards

Rick Bierman L.Ac

P.S I encourage people to look at the lymes-rife group as we are

discussing and doing alternative medicine for lymes with a lot of

reported success. I know the information will be of help. My

daughter and I also have lymes and are improving significantly

using alternative medicine. We have not done any antibiotics.
