Guest guest
Hi, My sister sent me the following message last night about Vit. D and diabetes. Jean They have some graphs where it shows that in 1965, the recommended amount of Vitamin D was reduced from around 4,000 to 2,500 units of Vitamin D; and diabetes went up from there; and then in approximately 1993-1994, they further reduced the recommended levels to 400 units of Vitamin D...and the incidents of diabetes rose dramatically even higher. There was very little incidents of diabetes when there was 4,000 units of Vitamin D recommended; and when it was reduced to 400 units of Vitamin D...it was like an epidemic! Guest guest
Yes probably right. Wife had suspicious breast mamo. She was told to start taking 10,000 to 50,000 units a day of D-3 That was a month ago. I had started her on 5000 IU a day before the Dr's said 10 to 50 K. In one month her diabetes went from fasting of 180 to 141 and regular was 145 and now down to 106. A1c dropped from 6.89 to 6.01. This was unexpected. Being in research lab experience for 40 years, I plot everything. Natural stuff did not drop it like this. Can only attribute to the D-3 intake. Am following it . Have not gone to 10,000 yet. Want to do the 3 month test in two months. The lab result on D-3 was 32. Should be 50 to 60 ng/ml . I was going to try LDN but in research you never try two things at once. That's why I am waiting to try LDN later after the blood sugar stabilizes as it's still dropping. I don't think LDN will drop it as I had no comments from the LDN Site Drs if LDN would drop blood sugar. So that tells me they don't know.
