Took first 1.5 mg dose last night

The first night-and instead of sleeplessness and lots of dreams as reported by

others I slept more soundly and had fewer dreams. What is up with that? Tonight

may be a different story but I hope that LDN continues to help me sleep. Only

issue was that about 3.5 hours after taking it I woke up and had pain on the

side of the big toe on my left foot. Did I read in an earlier post that several

others had this same type of pain after taking LDN?
