Guest guest
Hi All, I've been on Dr. Swank's low fat diet for MS for 23 years. I know it works because I've done very well and the few times I went off the diet I had exacerbations. I'm going to try LDN soon. My question is: Does anyone know if I'm on LDN and it stops the progression of MS can I eat a diet containing more saturated fats again? Sometimes I miss my steak, ice cream and chocolate. : ) Thanks everyone, Anita
