sounds like a great idea to get a little TLC.

You asked for some suggestions, so here goes. Take what you like and leave

the rest:

1) attitude adjustment.

you are not screwed. think of this as an opportunity to get some better

help and let go of that negative thought.

2) ask the list for the name of a real LLMD in that area and get thee to

that office immmediately.
