Guest guest
Six months ago, I told my bio-identical hormone PA about my successful use of LDN. She promised to do some research on it, since a friend of hers had MS. I did not think that it would go anyplace. When my husband and I went back for a six month check-up, I found that they are now prescribing it for a myriad of things and with great success. This is the Victory Medical Clinic in south Austin, TX near Manchaca and Ben White Blvd. Their associated pharmacy will compound it for about $30 per month, but since Dr. Skip has done so much for our LDN community, I would still be tempted to throw him the business, since we know that any profits he makes, he seems to plow back into our videos of conferences and untold hours offering sage advice. For those who want to mix their own, this clinic is willing to recommend the same website in Mexico that we use. It is like, they don't care where you get it, just get it :-) Contact Shook. Crystal, can you add them to your physician's list please? As an after thought, I have been on LDN for a year now and was a bit disappointed that it had not affected my thyroid medication use. Well, both my husband and I are now high in free T3 and have lowered out thyroid medication. I know this is backwards of hyperthyroid, but I am starting to believe that LDN does not just move things one way, it seems to correct deviations. Let us know how it goes with your thyroid, OK? Thanks, Francie http://www.Kristull.com http://www.LDN-for-MS.com > > Has anyone here used ldn for thyroid issues? I am being told that I am hyperthyroid & think the ldn might help regulate this. Also, I need to find a doctor in TX that will prescribe. >
Guest guest
I wish I knew about the whole thyroid thing! Within a week of starting LDN, my T3, which was 300 skyrocketed to 700. On my doctor's advice I cut back , but I am still jittery and a little shaky. Waiting another week to do another test. I also feel cold when I get really tired, but that is suppsed to be a symptom of hypo thyroidism, isn't it? Does anyone have advice or know what I'm talking about? Guest guest
on how much ldn you are.best to start at 1.5 mg and to build up slowly.if you are higher on ldn you can go down and wait 2 weeks until everything is stable
