1st night on LDN tonight- is it ok to take full 4.5 dose- I'm kind of nervous???

Hello! Was finally successful in getting a dr. to prescribe the LDN for my

Crohns today- Yeah!!! Now I'm kind of nervous- I feel like I'm breaking the law

or something since this was so hard to get-haha! My dr. has never prescribed it

and took the " leap of faith " with all of the research I had. Now I'm wondering

if I'm ok to take the fully compounded 4.5 that they made me? I noticed some of

you are easing into this and I feel like I'm totally jumping in!!! HELP Please

is that ok to do???? Thanks!!
