I am wondering if the most common thing is that your old smptoms come back, or

may do. Perhaps not in an unbearable form, perhaps a 15% increase on a temporary

basis - i.e. you get more of the things that you are prone to anyway, rather

than new symptoms as a side effect. If this is a good thing, because somehow LDN

will treat those symptoms anyway, then I don't mind.

In fact, I think my muscle spasms, muscle tingling and toe tingling has improved

today. My middle toe on my left foot still isn't right, but is better. As I say

it's symptoms I have had before that comes and goes anyway, but normally throuh

doing more.

I am sure I had a very deep sleep last night. I did have random and detailed

dreaming last night! That came from nowhere because it wasn't in relation to

medical appointments, something on TV or anything that somebody had said. I

recall in the early stages of ME/CFS I had bizarre and detailed dreams and was

like a sleaping beauty. Hey if this is your body's way of being in a healing

state, where you sleep more, or need to nap in the day, rather than just rest, I

will go with it. I am glad LDN has helped your insomnia. I have had the opposite

problem, really I sleep but it's un-refreshed and I need a lot of sleep. I

wasn't giddy last night.

I have to say right now I feel happy in the way that I can tell the endorphins

are doing something. Clearly it's not a true reflection of my energy or health

because beneath it all, there is a background level of fatigue.

To be fair, I have every reason to still get my rests, because I know my thyroid

still isn't in balance and I still await T3. Therefore it's a given with this

seperate issue, that without T3 I need to do more pacing and my functioning is

lower.

I can see that somehow LDN may give you more energy, but don't suddenly try to

do more, be cautious, even if you are feeling a bit better in yourself.

I am hoping all this is an encouraging sign as my muscles are not as bad as what

they were yesterday.

Any thoughts?

Cheers

Fiona
