My name is Sherrie and I've been taking LDN for fibro & immune-related issues

for about 6 months. So far I've seen improvement, which is also helped with diet

change. Because of how well it seems to be helping I've recommended it to my Mom

as well, who has a whole host of immune chronic illnesses.

My doctor, a Naturopath (Dr. Abraham in Portland, OR - she's amazing!),

suggested I check out this group for info & to help answer any questions I may

have.

So far, my biggest question is... does anyone have any experience taking

Flexeril (muscle relaxant) with LDN and have you noticed that it makes it not as

potent? I have chronic back pain because of a cyst in my spine which I had been

taking Flexeril to help. Once I started the LDN it didn't seem to work as well

and I had to up my dose. This is a fairly strong drug, and I'm a bit alarmed at

how much I'm having to take to feel any affects. To my knowledge it isn't

related to opiates, but I'm wondering if it's being counteracted by the LDN like

it would Vicodin.

I'm excited to be part of this group, and hope I can help others as well. My

illnesses have been with me for years and I'm finally finding solutions that

help, LDN being a main one. Feel free to ask me questions as well & I'll do my

best to offer my experience to posts where I think I may be able to help.
