I just get the digest so I don't follow every lyme message...can't at this

time.

But I did want to add my two cents on what one person posted.

In my research of what I could do to help myself, I too concluded that no

matter what you have...eating fresh fruits, veggies, no white rice, sugar,

pasta,

etc.... " if it is white it ain't right " ..is something we can do.

And building up the system with supplements, exercise and lots of water.

And in regard to those who have chosen to go this route...I would prefer to

purchase the products from another person who has walked the walk so to speak

than go to the store and support a company I don't know anything about.

This is just my perspective and I have learned that not all feel this way.

But again, I am one of those who will pay a little more to a business where I

know the owner instead of to a chain.

That is if the service and products are good.

You all take care now...ya hear!

mine was a package deal. my infectious guy ordered the IV rocephin, and the

nurse came with it. i guess it was cheaper for the ins. com. to do it this

way.....

i use " optioncare " in atlanta. not sure where you are, but i also have a

nurse friend in VA. who says it's typical up there too. also, when i go to

visit my mom in a month, we already have a home nurse lined up there.

not really sure what i can post here about details, but if you want to email

me directly, i can give you the number of the people i use in atl, and they

may be able to tell you whom to contact in your city.

Usually, they are affiliated with the local hospital programs or you can

locate them in the yellow pages under home health care. The IV abx

company that I dealt with recommended the company that I went with.

They usually have agencies that they work with on a regular basis that

are familiar with their equipment and protocols.

Hope this helps. My insurance picked up the full cost of home health

care the entire time I was on IV abx which was 3 1/2 years!
