I think I remember from somewhere that you should follow a gluten free diet or dairy free diet if you're taking LDN to make it work better. Anyone know anything about this? Does diet play any role as far as how effective LDN is?thanks!-

I only take 100 MG B1, and every 3rd day I take a Super B Complex that has 100 MG of B1 as well. I also take 500 MG Magnesium every 3rd day.

I put them in my pill box with LDN and take them together. That's ALL I do. Just started the B1's in 2005, before that I was only doing LDN.
