When you say you take one pill, what is the dose of the pill? Where are you

getting your LDN from? And what are you taking it for? You should take no more

than 4.5mg and only once! Take it between 9pm-3a.m

Kris,I assume your are talking about naltrexone in low doses, and that your reference to 1 pill means 1.0 mg of naltrexone, or maybe 1.5 mg. It's best to discuss this medicine in terms of mg for clarity's sake.It is not a good idea to take naltrexone in low doses more than once in a 24 hour period. That defeats the benefits of the receptor blockade which is most desirable for a short time only and usually should not be extended by multiple dosing. It is not common but people do have contrary effects sometimes to drugs. For instance, some people get very active with morphine instead of relaxed and sleepy. This sort of paradoxical reaction happens but usually in children or the elderly. Are you taking pills or capsules? Many of us are

taking LDN in capsule form, but if you are using pills please tell what pharmacy is preparing them for you. Thank you,JackieFrom: krisjb1 <krisjb1@...>Subject: [low dose naltrexone] LDN is Like A Sleeping Pilllow dose naltrexone Date: Friday, May 14, 2010, 8:57 AMHello,I have been taking only 1 pill to start with and expect to go to 3 within a month. The first dose made me fall aleep and stay asleep.Last night (I've been on 1 pill for 3 weeks) I woke halfway through the night so I took another pill and I fell asleep. So, the question is:Can I space out my doseage during the night to get the sleep benefit? I'm afraid that once I start taking 2

together before bedtime the sleep benefit will wear off and I will need to take a third halfway through the night in order to sleep. Also, why am I finding LDN acts like a sleep pill when others say it keeps them awake? Thanks for any input.Kris
