zahavi already answered... here's more slightly different:

crush and mix into 50ml distilled water in a brown bottle with a dropper

top. keep in frig.

mark the 50ml level of the bottle with tape so you don't have to measure

every time.

then 1 ml = 1 mg

get a baby medicine spoon from a drugstore... plastic tube with ml markings

and a spoonish end ... about $3

this will get the brown bottle line for you and also good to toss your dose

to the back of your mouth.

finding an empty bottle with dropper might be hard, but they're plentiful at

any helath food store full of herbal extracts... use or dump the contents.

you can also use a syringe if you have one instead of the baby med spoon and

dropper top... the kind for refilling inkjet printer cartridges are large

enough and have a long, thin, blunt needle.

if you have hepC and want to avoid the little bit of iron oxides in the

tabs, only shake it up good when first dissolving... after that don't

disturb the dregs on the bottom. or shake it again AFTER drawing your dose

so it settles again for next time. some filter it with coffee filter

paper... i don't bother.

you get 11 4.5mg doses with the dregs, or 10 if you trash the dregs, which

is cheap enough.

crushing is easy between two spoons... one larger than the other works well.

a funnel can be formed with a piece of paper, or just find a small funnel.

you can basically can devide the capsule the same way you take 10 ml or 15 ml water pour the content of the capsule shake it and keep it in the fridge.every night you take third or half the amount.
