Guest guest
Any doctor that would say that taking LDN in the morning won't work, or saying that it is dangerous, doesn't know what he/she is talking about. I would question his/her judgment about a lot of other things if that's what he/she says. Perla

Guest guest
I did take it in the morning for a few months based on what I heard on this website. I did this due to insomnia and ongoing sleep issues in the past. I know take it in the evening and have been doing so for a few months now. I take it for CFIDS (e.g CFS) and Fibromyalgia. I am still working after a flare up this past fall and being out of work for over 2 months! I still have the burning sensation in my back and take pain meds practically 24/7. The jury is still out for my conditions as to whether it works, but probably not hurting?! Otherwise I do not think my Dr would prescribe it. I also take lots of supplements and was on 8000 IUs of Vitamin D and have a level of around 70 in my blood. So my Dr said to go down to 5000 IUs due to summer and more sun now. I was taking 4000 IUs last Octber and my level was in the 30's. Guest guest
People can do what you want, I don't think he said dangerous but perhaps useless. As I explained before he said night time is when your immune system "recovers" or something to this affect. Sorry my memory is horrible for verbatim issues. I do not question his judgement. I was seeing a Neurologist for my back pain and that Dr had me going down the slippery slope of pain killers. I was on Fentanyl patches and was waking every hour due to pain in my shoulders. He said what are you going to do in the long term? Really made me think! He has had me feeling better than I have in years! Does your Dr prescribe Cortef? How about the idea of folinic acid? He is 1 of the 1st MDs to be trained in Acupuncture in the US, has a hyperbaric chamber in his office. He is way ahead of the curve! I did not have to beg to be put on LDN, he saw no harm in it for me. Just feel that I might have wasted a few months by taking during the day. People can do what they want, but I will be taking mine at night, when I remember!
