give it a week. If it's going to work for you, you will notice the difference within a week. I was taking 4 aleve, twice a day and had been doing that, on Dr's advice, for a couple of years. Since starting LDN, I've not taken any aleve at all for several months. just one LDN capsule at bedtime. I've been on the LDN for about a year now. ===

It is normal to wake up the first few nights and unable to go

back asleep, each night gets better and after 5 to 7 nights your sleep should

go back to normal. Best of luck my friend
