LDN/apriso for Crohns

Hi I am new to this forum and I am very interested in hearing about how LDN has

helped those with Crohns disease. I just started taking Apriso/mesalamine and

the gastro wants to start me on either Remicade or Humira which both scare me to

death. I came across the trials of LDN conducted at Penn State and am very

curious of the findings!! I called 4 dr. including my own on Fri. and asked if

they were using LDN for treatment and they all acted totally disinterested in

even researching it. I also calle dthe pharmacy that is known for their

compounding and the pharmacist said he was compounding 4.5 mg as we spoke. I do

known someone locally is prescribing it but I seem to be " striking out " . I am so

frustrated!!! Thanks.

I finally gave up with the medical profession. I ordered it from India and have been happy ever since.

Since then my dad has been on it and my sister's friend and 2 other friends of mine. They are all feeling better too.

I don't think I will wait for the medical profession to get it. I know I was devastated when I went to three of my doctors and they all said no. Dudley encouraged me and so I ordered it. I waited and checked the mail every day. I started the nite it came. I had already ordered the beaker and had the beaker. I followed the links that Dudley had put up and then resent to me. I was afraid because of my insomnia, but liked that I might not be so tired. And the thought of being able to lose more weight was enticing.

I didn't know I had such fatigue though. So this little teeny bit of extra energy was a real gift. I don't get down on myself so much anymore now. I realize the fatigue is much worse than I thought. And it isn't just depression. I have always thought it was just depression and now I know it isn't. Looking forward to more people getting weller.
