Guest guest
First of all tell us where you read that you should not eat before or after taking LDN. I eat and drink before and after taking LDN not that I eat a supper since I take my LDN at bedtime. But I have eaten and drank before and after with no problems. I have never heard or read that you can't eat or drink prior to taking LDN with the exception of maybe drinking alcohol prior to taking LDN. Hope that helps > > I read that you shouldn't eat before or after taking LDN > because it will interfere with LDN's ability to be effective. > > So what's that truth? >
Guest guest
I've been taking LDN for over 5 years for multiple sclerosis, full or empty stomach, doesn't matter. Guest guest
I always take Naltrexone as early as possible (at 9pm) & eat something as I find it helps reduce the insomnia. Trish
Guest guest
Do you live in a Daylight Saving area? So you take it at 9pm Standard time? or 8pm Standard (aka 9DST)? Guest guest
I've asked this question in the past also. I read it somewhere and can't remember where, I remembered it as one of the doctors saying food would slow down absorption. But when I asked here the longtime LDNers unanimously proclaim it makes no difference, and that's great because the simpler the protocol is, the greater success people will have with it. >where did you read that ~~~ There is no way to peace; peace is the way ~~~~ --A.J.
