Guest guest
Hi all, for the last four months I've been on 4.5mg LDN, evening dose for MS. I've had little in the way of symptom abatement except during the " blockade " period about 1.5 hours after taking it and then for about the next 2-3 hours. During this time I receive back much movement but when I wake up it's gone again. I know it's more about stopping progression than managing symptoms but if someone does get relief I thought it would have been after the 2-4 o'clock over-manufacture of the endorphins. Why is it that it's about this timing that I revert back to my normal state? Thanks, Steve.
Guest guest
Hi Steve, I have the exact same reaction. I feel the endorphin rush during the blockade and that's when I feel the best, have energy, no pain, get a lot done, but then after that, all of my symptoms return and it's downhill from there. I don't have MS, mine is chronic pain, maybe from yeast or whatever, don't know yet. So I have been takin DL-Phenylalanine, as I have read on these boards that it keeps the endorphins circulating. It seems to help some. But by the end of the day it's back to the same issues. Maybe someone here will have an answer. Glad you posted this.Sally Sent from my iPhoneOn May 6, 2010, at 1:11 AM, "Steve" <passdapastaplease@...> wrote: Hi all, for the last four months I've been on 4.5mg LDN, evening dose for MS.
