Some people keep saying that only 2 % of people take it in the morning. I doubt this is true since I have had numerous emails from those who take it in the morning but have stopped posting this because they didn't want to get into a debate. I have carefully said that morning dosing works for ME. I don't sleep if I take it at night. If night dosing works for others, that's fine. If there is ever a definitive test that PROVES that it works better if taken at night, that would be interesting. However, it would not change what works best for me.
