two questions - making up double bath LDN and avoid iron particles

Hi all

I have been using one 50 mg tab in 50 ml of water to make up my LDN bath.

It does not last v long and I wondered if there was any reason not to double up

on this for convenience sake?

Also the deposit at the bottom of the bottle I think I heard consisted on some

sort of iron which I need to avoid like the plague as I am taking IP6 to lower

ferritin.

I usually have to invert the bottle to fill the syringe. anyone have any ideas

on how to avoid the dredges?
