Hi Everyone,

Had an interesting article apear in the Palm Beach Post page 15

Briefs on Sat. The article heading is

" Federal scientist claims he's paid not to work "

I will briefly outline some of this short article:

It says that an McSweegan of National Instiute of Health was

originally hired in 1988 at the National Institute of Allergy and

Infectious Diseases as the program officer for Lyme Disease. He was

removed from this post after he described the politically influential

support group " Lyme Disease Foundation " as being Wacko and because he

disagreed with it's theories about the disease.

I received my newspaper Saturday and wanted to copy to the Forum.

However, the online Palm Beach Post did not have the article on the

site. (They had everything else?)I also find it interesting that this

was the same organization that handles Chronic Fatigue prior to last

year? Remember the money scandal regarding our disease in 1999 when

they found that our funds had been misappropriated.

On Saturday night, my neighbor told me his Dog still had ticks. I

didnt believe him because I had never heard of a Dog in south Florida

having ticks(from what animal?)

For those of you who are still following this: His dog was diagnosed

with Lyme disease 3 months ago. I had to beg my Rheumatologist for a

Lyme test which I directed myself to Igenex Labs. I do show positive

for long term exposure. By the way my local doctors do not recognize

my tests and will not treat with antibiotics.

I need direction. I don't know who to contact locally because no one

even recognizes Lyme (or Chronic Fatigue for that mater)

On the CDC website it references contacting the army. If this sounds

conspiracy theory stuff. Too much info being put together and does

not look good. I recomend you look up the above mentioned man and

read his website while you can.

Please contact me back channel for specifics about agencies,

trustworthy sources, etc.
