, I want to thank you as well as Judy for taking the time to detail your experiences. The information re thyroid and iodine is especially important. The majority of tests re thyroid function are woefully inadequate...if not outright dangerous in that they give doctors and patients a false sense that all is right with the thyroid, when all could be wrong with the thyroid. There are some dr's (Dr Lowe, for one) who believe fibromyalgia is a form of thyroid malfunction. The message that LDN is not a 'stand-alone' is a vitally important one and your experience, as well as Judy's, illustrate that we all need to seek additional ways of making ourselves well. Hi all, I too take Iosol Iodine and take 2 drops daily, each drop contains 1,830 mcg of Ammonium Iodide. Dr. in his Alternatives Health Newsletter has been talking about this Iodine for years. He also has been warning us of Vit D deficiency for over 20 yrs. No one was listening. I'm not sure which Iodine is best, but I like Iosol which I can buy from Vitacost. joyce
