Recent Dr visit and was told that it should only be taken at night!

I recently had a Drs visit with the Dr who prescribed me LDN and he said that I

should only take my LDN at night.

Just thought I would pass this info along. I was taking it during the day for

maybe 2 months or so and have it filled with acidophilus, so I cannot keep it

out at night.

Will see if this makes any difference.
