Guest guest Posted February 3, 2010 Report Share Posted February 3, 2010 I got my coconut oil through the post today and I'm really excited to see if it benefits my skin problem but I was surprised to find it doesn't taste very 'coconutie' I thought I'd be able to just eat a spoonful but, ergh, it's not that nice! I was wondering how people take theirs and how much do you take per day? I put some in the recipe I cooked for tea tonight but I it won't always be practical to do this... Any ideas?
