I have been taking LDN since 21/9/09 on 3mg and then from 1/12/09 on 4.5mg. I am

now experiencing my second bout of a bad cold/virus and

previously before LDN, I hardly ever had colds/flu etc. Does anyone know why

this should be as I thought LDN is supposed to boost the immune

system?

With regards Candida, has anyone in the Group ever tried Aerobic Oxygen with LDN

which is supposed to be good for LDN and other things if

you want to 'google' it. I used to take it and am now thinking of buying it

again.

Sorry - I meant Aerobic Oxygen is supposed to be good for candida (not LDN) -

this head cold is really starting to get to me! ...

many times when the immune system is out balance people do not get sick.ldn brings the immune system in balance so a cold sometime is not bad.those that are sick all the time should see improvement

I am one who is getting sick less on LDN. Before, I was sick at

least several days a week. Usually a cold, but if a flu then of

course it lasted longer. Right from the first week I have been able

to fight off the colds. I can feel my body doing it. Sometimes it

takes two hours, a half an hour, never know what. The first one took

about half a day. I am not tough enough yet not to get flu, but it's

much much milder now, so much that it sometimes takes a few days (and

a bit of funny tummy) to realize I'm not just unaccountably tired.

Since I'm only up to 1.5mg so far, I think this is pretty good!
