First dose today but wouldn't have known it

Hi all

I took my first dose of 2mg this morning but didn't feel anything different,

actually had a very good day. I have had quite bad ME/CFS for a very long time

and I also have Hashimotos and adrenal fatigue for which I take 50mcg T3 and 5

mg Prednisolone plus 4 h/c.

Does this often happen, that somebody takes their first dose but feels no

different? I didn't want to take it at night because its very important to how

I feel for me to get a good night's sleep, also my hormone support is at it

lowest on going to bed and that is when I feel at my worst so it doesn't make

sense to take the LDN at night.

Should I stick at 2 mg or should I go to 3mg tomorrow?
