I don't believe that this is true, at all. It isn't on the LDN websites

anyplace. And no one has ever said that here in any credible way. I'm sure

someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I asked Dr. Skip if grapefruit would interfere with LDN he said " No " ,

but also said since it does with many other drugs it would be better

just to switch to OJ.

My understanding of grapefruit’s interference with absorption

of some supplements and meds is limited, but I believe it is only when consumed

at the same time. I doubt your morning grapefruit is a problem.

Thanks for doing the legwork, .

So, the proper answer there is that grapefruit does not interfere with LDN.

For people who aren't taking any other drugs, or who know about grapefruit

interactions with their drugs, there's no reason not to eat grapefruit,

which is a very fine food that is far more alkalinizing for the body than

OJ, which is a good thing. And for those of us with hypoglycemia or other

blood sugar concerns, grapefruit is far preferable to oranges. So let's

not throw the grapefruit out quite yet.

Someone wrote me this morning and said Dr Skip says this is false. No

problem with grapefruit. Dr Skip suggests OJ instead anyhow,

though, because grapefruit does interfere with a lot of drugs.

However, for me, I don't take any of those drugs and have been allergic

to oranges my whole life, so I'll happily go back to the

grapefruit. Thanks so much for the info. I should have

thought to check with Dr Skip myself!
