Guest guest
Please keep us updated as to how you are in a weeks time taking LDN.Sent from my BlackBerry device on the Wireless NetworkFrom: "krisjb1" <krisjb1@...>Date: Tue, 20 Apr 2010 14:57:23 -0000<low dose naltrexone >Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Took first 1.5 mg dose last night The first night-and instead of sleeplessness and lots of dreams as reported by others I slept more soundly and had fewer dreams. What is up with that? Tonight may be a different story but I hope that LDN continues to help me sleep. Only issue was that about 3.5 hours after taking it I woke up and had pain on the side of the big toe on my left foot. Did I read in an earlier post that several others had this same type of pain after taking LDN?Kris
Guest guest
My very first night, 4/17/2003, my wife told me I slept more soundly and better than she could recall in 21 years she knew me. I normally sleep quite well. External events affect the dream states, if you don't have any buried guilt or issues, you may never have sleep issues. Never heard of your pain, each body is different. Maybe you slept on it? [low dose naltrexone] Took first 1.5 mg dose last night The first night-and instead of sleeplessness and lots of dreams as reported by others I slept more soundly and had fewer dreams.
