Guest guest
Sandy - have you tried altering the time you take the LDN? I mean still at night but maybe a little later or earlier depending on what time you take it now! If that doesnt help then try a sleep aid, any of the over the counter ones should help for awhile. Or many people use Melatonin.
Guest guest
I take a product from Source Naturals called Melatonin Sleep Science and it knocks me out within about 30 minutes. It has 3 mg melatonin and a few other things (GABA, hops flower, l-theanine, etc). I used to take just melatonin but I find this works better, for me anyway. Guest guest
Melatonin is fine for most people, but for those with MS (per it's typical label) and per most MD's, melatonin is not advised...it apparently adversely affects the immune system.
